I don't normally post negative reviews but felt I needed to here. I tried this place despite the negative reviews and experienced the same issues as others. I gave them $70 cash for the $65 one hour massage but never got the $5 change back. There was no music just complete silence the whole time other than the ticking of a timer she started. The massage girl stopped the massage at least twice to message on her phone for an extended period of time - I could understand this if she was the only person working but I saw another person there when I was leaving. She sprayed hand sanitizer all over my hands when she started. The first part of the massage was ok at times. After I turned onto my back she didnt use any oil for my legs or arms. She then said it was done and I looked at the clock - It had only lasted 40 minutes. I pointed that out to her but it didnt seem to register or she didn't care. I would think that most massage places rely heavily on repeat customers - I dont know how this place has stayed in business with service like this.

I advise you to please DO NOT come here. When I walked in, I was met with a funky odor and continued to give them an opportunity. The massage was fairly ok, I wish it was more deep tissue. She demanded I pay upfront and with cash only. I did find that strange, I have never been asked to only pay with cash and to pay prior to the service being performed. I walked over to Krueger’s to use their ATM. She only did the massage for 50 minutes and thought I would not notice but I always set a timer and look at the time before a massage begins. What made my decision to never return, is at the end of the massage she demanded a tip. She would not let me leave for 5 minutes, insisting I hand her a tip. I reminded her that I did not have cash because I literally went next door to obtain cash just to pay for the massage itself. I also explained to her that tipping is optional, we are not obligated to tip. Paying for the service is the tip. I explained that she was being rude and now instead of gaining a customer-she lost one. This is the second location where I get a massage and they demand a tip. I am uncertain if this is a Wisconsin thing because in Illinois they do not demand tips at all. No customer is obligated to hand anyone a tip nor should you feel as if you have to.

Worst massage experience of my life. Called and tried to get an appointment for the next day. They told me no need. They would be open and walk inside were available and welcome. I came the next day. Tried to speak with a therapist and they refused. Just wanted cash up front before a rub and tug session. Spoke with the owner who tried to deny everything. I ended up with no massage and only frustration. This is a shady place at best. At worst, it’s criminal. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Authorities should shut down. And people should avoid in the mean time.
